Refund policy

Do we accept Returns at Wavy World?

At the moment, we do not accept returns. Everything listed is vigorously checked. We make sure that the items we sell are authentic, deadstock, undamaged, and exactly as listed.

Please make sure to check your exact size as all sales are final.

Damages and issues queries:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exception:

There are however a few exceptions, this only occurs when there has been a mistake on our end such as sending you the wrong size/shoe. In these rare cases, a return or refund can be carried out. 

To start a return, you can contact us at stockofthedeadww@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, you will need to cover the shipping costs to get the item back to us, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. It is highly recommended to use an insured delivery service when sending items back to us. It is the customers responsibility to get the item back to us safely and securely, therefore you will be ineligible for a refund if the item gets lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you do request a return, please make sure that the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Refunds (Exceptions only)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
