WE DO NOT SELL FAKES

All items sold on stockofthedeadx are 100% authentic and brand new in the original box. (Unless Specified)

Once a pair has been sold, it is sent to our authentication centre where our team of experts check every detail to ensure every pair is genuine and unworn. Once verified, our team sends the pair to the buyer.

We aim for delivery within 3-5 business days after your order has been accepted, excluding weekends. All shipping options are fully tracked, and we will send your tracking information via email once your order has dispatched. If you placed an order for multiple items, these may be shipped in separate parcels. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number for each parcel.

We aim for delivery within 1-2 business days after your order has been accepted. Your order will be eligible for Express Shipping if it has been placed before 14:00 (GMT) on Monday - Thursday.

If placed after this time, we will aim to dispatch your order for delivery on the following business day, which excludes weekends. We will try and get it to you during the weekend, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the item the next day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

At the moment, we do not accept returns. Everything listed is vigorously checked. We make sure that the items we sell are authentic, deadstock, undamaged, and exactly as listed.

Yes we do accept exchanges for our merchandise.

You are able to return the product to get either a new item or items of equivalent price.

This does not include any products bought from stockofthedeadx, as all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges.
